COMMISSIONS//

hi, heads up! parts of this site have fallen out of date since winter 2024. we're rewriting the whole thing from the ground-up. this page has been stripped down as to not present outdated commissions rates.

commission openings go to ko-fi members first. unclaimed slots eventually become available publicly.

by commissioning a work, you, the client - or clients - verify you have read and agree to the following terms:

TIMESPAN//: digital illustrations usually take one to several days.; more complex projects will take far longer.; this is only an estimate and is not binding.
PAYMENT//: payment is taken through a Stripe invoice.; the required amount must be paid in full before work begins.
REFUNDS//: refunds will be issued when the artist feels they cannot complete the commissioned work.; the refund may be full or partial depending on the amount of progress made.; source files may or may not be provided at the artist's discretion.; unilateral attempts at forcing a refund (eg. chargeback/payment dispute) voids the client's right to a refund and files, and the commission will be cancelled outright.
USAGE//: personal use of commissioned work is permitted.; the client must ask the artist before any commercial use. assume the answer will be 'no'.; under no circumstances may the work ever be used for anything related to blockchain technology, NFTs, or 'web 3.0'. fuck right off!; copyright of depicted characters, etc, is to their rightful owners.; copyright of the work itself remains with the artist.; the client may request the work not be shared publicly. this will incur an additional fee. sorry, we need to market.
NO THANKS//: we will not work with minors.; we will not depict characters that are minors.; we will not illustrate characters that do not belong to the client. in the case of split commissions, we need to be able to contact everyone involved.
PLAY NICE//: the artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel the commission at their discretion, for any reason.
